Back Order Items
Some of our products are available on Back Order, which means that while we don’t currently have the item in stock, one of our trusted suppliers does. When you place an order for a Back Order item, we’ll request it directly from our supplier and expect to receive it within approximately 2 weeks.
If there are any unexpected delays or if the lead time is longer than 2 weeks, we’ll notify you straight away with an updated timeframe and the option to confirm or cancel your order.
We work closely with our suppliers to ensure your chosen piece arrives as quickly as possible, thank you for your patience while we source it for you.
Delivery
We pride ourselves on providing you with the most professional and easy service, making your experience from ordering to delivery as smooth as possible. Read below to check our delivery policy before you purchase.
Click & Collect – Free
We offer a free collection service from our showroom at 13 Main Street, Strathaven, ML10 6AJ. We will notify you via text using the mobile number on your order) letting you know when your items are in stock and ready to collect. We require at least 48 hours notice for larger (in stock) items and these can only be collected on the day arranged due to limited space. Smaller items can be held for up to 7 days.
Proof of ID and purchase is required on collection.
Courier Service
We offer a service in which your new items will be wrapped and shipped to you via one of our faithful couriers. This will include products such as soft furnishings, home accessories and smaller furniture items at a cost of between £8 to £25 this will be shown at time of ordering. On average orders can take up to 10 days to be with you, we will keep you updated and as soon as your order is dispatched we will email you with the tracking number for your order so you can see its progress to you.
Larger items such as furniture and occasional chairs are sent with our private courier – unless Central Belt Scotland. To ensure safe delivery of items, we charge slightly more for this service.
Scotland Mainland Delivery
For local deliveries we can deliver these to your home using our ONE MAN delivery service. Prices will vary depending on postcode and the size of the item. Please email info@interiorthirteen.co.uk for a quote. When choosing this service please note that we will update you one day before your delivery is due, if you are not in please advise a suitable location that the item can be left on the grounds that it’s your responsibility.
