Shipping & Back Orders

We aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, from ordering to delivery. Please read the options below carefully.

Back Order Items

Some of our products are available on Back Order, meaning they are not currently in stock with us but are available from one of our trusted suppliers.

  • When you place a Back Order, we request the item directly from the supplier. Delivery is typically expected within approximately 2 weeks.
  • If there are any unexpected delays or if the lead time exceeds 2 weeks, we will contact you immediately with an updated timeframe and give you the option to confirm or cancel your order.
  • We work closely with our suppliers to ensure your item arrives as quickly as possible.

Please note: Back-ordered items are not eligible for refunds. Credit note or exchange is offered only, except where statutory rights apply for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Click & Collect – Free

We offer a free collection service from our showroom at:
13 Main Street, Strathaven, ML10 6AJ

  • You will be notified via text or email when your items are in stock and ready to collect.
  • Larger in-stock items require at least 48 hours’ notice and can only be collected on the arranged day due to limited space.
  • Smaller items can be held for up to 7 days.
  • Proof of ID and your purchase receipt are required on collection.

Courier Service

We carefully wrap and ship your items via trusted couriers. This includes soft furnishings, home accessories, and smaller furniture items.

  • Delivery costs: £10–£55, shown at checkout.
  • Delivery time: 5–10 days. If you would like faster delivery, please contact us at info@interiorthirteen.co.uk to see if expedited shipping can be arranged.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order.

Large items such as furniture and occasional chairs are sent via our private courier service (excluding the Central Belt of Scotland). A slightly higher delivery fee applies to ensure safe transport.

Scotland Mainland Delivery

For local deliveries within Scotland, we offer a ONE MAN delivery service:

  • Prices vary depending on postcode and item size — please email info@interiorthirteen.co.uk for a quote.
  • We will contact you one day before delivery. If you are unavailable, please advise a suitable safe location. Items left at your property are your responsibility.

Please note: We currently deliver only within mainland UK.
